education and experience:

*minimum secondary school graduation or equivalent

*two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the public sector.

*minimum one (1) year full-time equivalent clerical experience (achieved within the past 3 years) in a high-volume, public facing environment in combination with relevant training

*experience providing administrative and/or financial support services.

*experience working with ms office applications, including word, excel, outlook and/or powerpoint.
