As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries and providing solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Responding to Customer Inquiries**: You will handle customer queries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat, ensuring that all interactions are positive and helpful.
2. **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, demonstrating patience and understanding to ensure customer satisfaction.
