Job Description

we are looking for a dedicated and confident telecaller to join our team. the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services, answering customer queries and maintaining proper records.

key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis

explain products/services clearly and convincingly

maintain customer data in a proper format

follow up with interested customers

handle basic inquiries and provide correct information

achieve daily/weekly calling targets

requirements:

good communication skills (hindi / gujarati / english preferred)

confident, polite and convincing voice

basic computer/phone handling

freshers can also apply

immediate joiners preferred

salary: based on performance and experience 8000 to
