We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our services, answering customer queries and maintaining proper records.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers on a daily basisExplain products/services clearly and convincinglyMaintain customer data in a proper formatFollow up with interested customersHandle basic inquiries and provide correct informationAchieve daily/weekly calling targetsRequirements:Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English preferred)Confident, polite and convincing voiceBasic computer/phone handlingFreshers can also applyImmediate joiners preferredJob Type: Full-time / Part-timeSalary: Based on performance and experience 8000 to 15000Location: (102 aashram avenue behiand kochrab aashram kochrab gaam paldi ahmedabad gujrat 380007)Working Hours: (9:30am to 7:00pm)
