we are hiring business development executives (bdes). the role involves revisiting merchants and shops to ensure active engagement and usage of upi & qr services. candidates with experience in fintech/bfsi/telecom/retail or field sales are preferred.
key responsibilities:
1. revisits to the existing clients
2. worked on the assigned leads
3. ensure client activation & retention
4. 15 valid tasks per day
5. maintain proper documentation per day
6. update daily visits in the system/app
7. building relations with existing customers for sustained engagement
8. achieve daily & monthly performance objectives
eligibility criteria:
education: minimum 12th pass / graduate preferred.
experience: minimum 1 year of experience in fintech, payments, or field sales.
bike & smartphone: mandatory (with a valid driving license).
compensation & benefits:
salary: up to 25,000 ctc per month
daily incentives: 120 300 (based on performance)
attractive monthly incentives for top performers
