Business Development Executive

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs). The role involves revisiting merchants and shops to ensure active engagement and usage of UPI & QR services. Candidates with experience in Fintech/BFSI/Telecom/Retail or field sales are preferred.

Key responsibilities:

1. Revisits to the existing clients

2. Worked on the assigned leads

3. Ensure Client activation & retention

4. 15 valid tasks per day

5. Maintain proper documentation per day

6. Update daily visits in the system/app

7. Building relations with existing customers for sustained engagement

8. Achieve daily & monthly performance objectives

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Fintech, Payments, or Field Sales.

Bike & Smartphone: Mandatory (with a valid driving license).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC per month

Daily Incentives: 120 300 (based on performance)
