We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs). The role involves revisiting merchants and shops to ensure active engagement and usage of UPI & QR services. Candidates with experience in Fintech/BFSI/Telecom/Retail or field sales are preferred.Key responsibilities:1. Revisits to the existing clients2. Worked on the assigned leads3. Ensure Client activation & retention4. 15 valid tasks per day5. Maintain proper documentation per day6. Update daily visits in the system/app7. Building relations with existing customers for sustained engagement8. Achieve daily & monthly performance objectivesEligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Fintech, Payments, or Field Sales. Bike & Smartphone: Mandatory (with a valid driving license).Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC per month Daily Incentives: 120 300 (based on performance) Attractive Monthly Incentives for top performers
