Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience, from fresh graduates to those with a few years in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identify New Business Opportunities:** Research and identify potential clients and market trends to develop new business opportunities that align with our goals.

- **Build and Maintain Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

- **Conduct Market Research:** Analyze market conditions and competitor behavior to make informed decisions about potential business strategies.

- **Prepare Proposals and Presentations:** Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.

- **Collaborate with Internal Teams:** Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to address any client needs.

- **Track Sales Metrics:** Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance targets, providing insights and making recommendations to improve business development strategies.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards solving problems and meeting client needs is also required. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and market research practices will be beneficial.
