5. **Performance Tracking**: Achieve and exceed monthly targets set for calls and sales, actively contributing to team goals and company success.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess clear communication skills in Hindi and/or English, enabling effective interaction with customers. A friendly and approachable demeanor is crucial for building rapport. Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
