BPO Telecaller Fresher

We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who have completed their 12th grade. The role primarily involves making calls to customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing them with information about our services and addressing any inquiries they may have.

2. Data Management: Accurately record customer details and interactions in our database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

3. Problem Resolution: Listen carefully to customer concerns and work towards providing effective solutions, promoting customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Support: Assist in promoting our products and services during calls, aiming to achieve sales targets through persuasive communication.

5. Follow-Up: Reach out to customers after initial contact to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on their experiences.
