We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team in Indore. This full-time, work-from-home position is ideal for candidates with little to no experience, making it perfect for freshers and those looking for an entry-level opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: You will make calls to potential customers to promote our products or services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues they might have.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly logged.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by engaging with customers and assessing their needs.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers over the phone. A pleasant and confident phone manner will help build rapport with clients. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry are necessary to navigate our systems effectively.
