BPO Telecaller (Freshers) Gorakhpur

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers through phone calls, addressing their inquiries and providing information about products or services in a polite and friendly manner.

2. **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers and gather data to create leads that can be followed up by the sales team.

3. **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases as needed to ensure all information is current and reliable.

4. **Problem Solving**: Listen to customer feedback and resolve any complaints or issues they may have, ensuring a positive customer experience.

5. **Sales Support**: Assist in promoting and selling company products or services, achieving targeted sales goals as set by the management.
