We are looking for a dedicated BPO Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a minimum education of 12th grade. As a telecaller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with customers to provide information and promote services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide information about products and services.
2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and develop new leads by reaching out to potential customers and following up on inbound inquiries.
3. **Updating Records**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our database to help improve service and follow-up efforts.
4. **Achieving Targets**: Meet daily and weekly calling targets as set by the management to contribute to overall team goals.
5. **Provide Excellent Service**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, along with a friendly and persuasive voice. Being detail-oriented is important for accurately recording customer information.
