Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers through phone calls to address inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues they may have.

3. **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database for future reference, ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
