Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone calls to offer services, gather feedback, and provide assistance as needed.

3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback using designated software and tools.

4. Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customer issues and provide suitable solutions or escalate concerns when necessary.

5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to reinforce product knowledge.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, along with a confident and pleasant phone demeanor. An ability to work independently and efficiently in a home setup is essential. Prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates. Punctuality, organization, and a customer-centric approach are vital. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software or tools are advantageous.
