We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecaller to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and individuals with up to two years of experience. The position involves making calls to potential customers to provide information and assist with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Calling Customers**: You will make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our services and answering any questions they may have.
- **Providing Information**: You are responsible for giving clear and accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring that customers understand their options.
- **Handling Inquiries**: You will listen to customer needs and concerns, offering solutions and addressing any issues they may face.
- **Recording Interactions**: Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system is essential to track follow-ups and improve service quality.
- **Meeting Targets**: You will be expected to achieve specific call targets and quality standards while maintaining a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. Basic computer knowledge is necessary to navigate customer information systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly are essential. You should also be comfortable working independently from home, managing your time effectively to meet targets. A minimum educational qualification of 12th grade is required for this role.
