Back Office Officer - Job Role (Axis Bank)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
A Back Office Officer mainly handles internal banking operations (no direct sales work):
Data Entry & Record Maintenance
Maintain customer data, account details, and transaction records accurately.
KYC & Documentation Work
Verify customer documents (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof) and complete KYC process.
Account Opening Support
Process new account forms and ensure all documents are correct.
Transaction Processing
Handle NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, cheque clearing, and other banking transactions.
MIS Reporting & Excel Work
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain data in Excel sheets.
Loan & Banking Documentation
Support loan file processing and verification.
Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure work follows RBI guidelines and assist during audits.
Internal Coordination
Work with branch staff, operations team, and other departments.
