Job Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing field force, expanding market presence, and achieving targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Appoint & manage Distributors / Stockists

Lead and motivate a team of Medical Representatives / Sales Officers

Ensure doctor coverage & prescription generation

Implement company strategies & promotional activities

Monitor secondary sales & stock movement

Maintain strong relationships with Doctors, Chemists & Stockists

Conduct field work & joint working

Submit daily / weekly reports to management
