Attrition Management: Handle replacement hiring immediately to minimize downtime at client sites. Reporting: Maintain daily recruitment reports and coordinate with site supervisors and understand manpower needs.Key Requirements Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment, particularly for housekeeping or facility management staff. Strong local network and understanding of the local job market. Good communication skills to engage with blue-collar workers. Ability to travel frequently to different job sites and sourcing locations.
