We are hiring a full-time on-site Accountant (Tally Prime Specialist) at Tirupati Ganeshkripa Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. (TGK Agro), MIDC Phase IV, Akola, Maharashtra. Responsibilities include daily accounting entries in Tally Prime, GST billing & returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, stock records, and financial statements. Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month.

Refreshment Preparation: Make and serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to employees, management, and office guests/clients. Meeting Support: Serve refreshments during conference room meetings and clean up afterward. Pantry & Kitchen Hygiene: Wash cups, glasses, utensils, and coffee/tea machines; wipe down counters and appliances. Stock & Inventory: Monitor supplies of tea bags, coffee powder, sugar, milk, paper cups, and tissues, reporting requirements to the administration team. General Office Assistance: Help with basic office support, waste disposal, desk/common area upkeep, or light errands when needed.

Key Responsibilities1. Delivery & Hub OperationsPlanning and controlling daily logistics and delivery operations in a warehouse or hub.Ensuring that all orders reach customers/markets on time and accurately.2. Vehicle Loading & Unloadinggoods are not damaged during loading (Zero Damage) and are placed in the correct order .whether the goods have been loaded as per the delivery challan and invoice .3. Stock ManagementMaintaining accurate records of inventory and stock in the hub.Updating incoming and outgoing goods (Inward/Outward Stock) in the system properly.that there is no discrepancy between the physical stock and the stock in the system (Stock Reconciliation) .4. Driver & Vehicle ManagementAllocating duties and trips to drivers according to daily routes.Driver behavior, punctuality, and troubleshooting on-road issues.Keeping track of vehicle availability, fitness, maintenance and fuel consumption.5. Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor ManagementSourcing & Supplier Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Obtain multiple quotations, compare commercial terms, negotiate pricing and payment terms (e.g., credit lines, discounts), and finalize purchase agreements.Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors, evaluate vendor performance regularly (on-time delivery, product quality, compliance), and resolve supplier issues or disputes promptly.Order Processing & Inventory CoordinationPurchase Order (PO) Management: Review purchase requisitions from internal departments (production, stores, office), raise accurate Purchase Orders (POs), and route them for managerial approval.Delivery Tracking & Logistics: Follow up continuously with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of ordered items.Quality & Store Coordination: Coordinate with storekeepers and quality control teams upon material arrival to verify physical stocks against invoice details, PO terms, and delivery challans.Documentation & ReconciliationBill Processing: Verify supplier invoices against POs and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN); submit verified bills to the accounts department for payment processing.ERP & Inventory Records: Update and maintain systematic purchasing data, vendor lists, pricing records, and stock balances in ERP or accounting systems.
