Responsibilities:Understanding regulations and SOPs related to visa cases and following them during screening, data entry, visa classification, scanning of documents, quality assurance, tracking, and issuance.Scrutinizing documents and collecting applications for visa processing.Handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.Ensuring that all information provided by clients is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.Qualifications: 12th or any diploma or degreeFresher/experience both(experience up to 1 year )Any Experience working in visa processing or similar role is plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle and manage sensitive and confidential information.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
