Recruiter will be mainly focused on finding, Candidates, be it on Job Boards or any other sources etc. for end to end sourcing needs in IT/Non IT requirements for our US/Canadian clientele. The position will require strong knowledge and experience in reading and understanding of job openings, resume screening, profile qualifying, title hierarchy, industry segments, and finding matching candidates, contacts, resumes, profiles, companies etc.The position will be working closely with the Customers/Clients, in order to obtain feedback to direct the research approach in right direction to find/source best candidates/talents and submit the resumes to the customary databases/CRMs etc.

Job Description: Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Completing paperwork for new hires. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Managing internship programs. Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.Recruiter Requirements: A bachelor's degree in human resources. Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
