Requirements:- Fluent written and spoken NEPALI and English.- Typing Speed of 50wpm- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.- Comfortable using computers.- Should have Laptop or PC(atleast i3 processor & 8GB RAM) to Work from Home.- Should have broadband internet connection- Should have proper power backup system (inverter/ups) for interruption work during power cuts also- Candidate comfortable with Morning shift, Day shift and Night shiftResponsibilities:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Communicating with customers through various channels.- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
