requirements:
- fluent written and spoken nepali and english.
- typing speed of 50wpm
- high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- comfortable using computers.
- should have laptop or pc(atleast i3 processor & 8gb ram) to work from home.
- should have broadband internet connection
- should have proper power backup system (inverter/ups) for interruption work during power cuts also
- candidate comfortable with morning shift, day shift and night shift

- ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
