Customer Assistance:Greet and assist walk-in clients and respond to phone or email inquiries.Provide information on travel packages, destinations, flights, accommodations, and visa processes.Bookings and Reservations:Handle ticketing, hotel bookings, and tour reservations accurately.Process changes, cancellations, or special requests efficiently.Documentation Support:Assist customers with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary travel documents.Ensure all documentation complies with company and legal standards.Upselling and Promotions:Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services.Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, car rentals, and excursions.Customer Relationship Management:Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.Address complaints or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Office Support:Keep records of transactions, bookings, and customer details.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area.Market Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, airline rules, and promotional offers.Share insights with clients to help them make informed travel decisions.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Tourism or related fields is a plus).Experience: Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, ) and basic MS Office applications.Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).Personal Attributes:Friendly and approachable demeanor.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Liaising with travel partners including hotels and houseboats to manage bookings and schedules for guest enquiries* Promptly dealing with customer enquiries with an aim to meet and exceed their expectations* Building professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.* Mentoring and coaching peer team members for collective performance improvement.* Managing relationships with the Airlines /Foreign Agents /Hotels /Guides/ Transport partners and all stake holders for a tour package.* Responsible for planning, organizing daily itinerary for the tours based on the guest requirements.* Promoting and marketing the company in events and seminars.* Preparing Status reports (Daily and weekly) to update senior management.* Following up with customers during the tour and collecting their feedback about the experience. Desired Candidate Profile* 1-12+ Years of experience handling package Enquiries in a leading travel firm* Excellent command of spoken and written English* Graduate with basic awareness about tourism/ hospitality industry* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook and power point* Commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction* Proactive, self-Starter and Team Player* Able to manage multiple tasks with deftness and attention to deadlines* Effective Time Management skills* Display efficient organizational skills* Establish and Maintain strong Interpersonal Relationships* Must have both the operation skills and technical knowledge to make customer pitches in a honest and ethical way.
