A ticketing executive is responsible for issuing tickets, managing reservations, and providing customer support for travel. They may work for airlines, bus companies, railroads, and cruise lines.

The sectors, where one can work after completing Ground Staff Certification course are:-Customer Service:- The Customer Service serves the customers by providing product and repair information and resolving product and repair problems. They are also responsible for attracting potential customers by answering product and repair questions and suggesting information related to other products and services.Ticketing:- The Ticket Officer helps passengers in planning their trips.
