Clients can call anytime.Monthly conversion should be 40%.If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.Preferred candidate profileYou should be fluent in verbal communications. English & Hindi are a must.
