Position is only for Female Candidates.. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering to the office. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times. Excellent written and spoken (face to face and phone) communication skills. Handling incoming calls and other communications. Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties. Highly computer literate: confident and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet and data entry. Managing filing system & Recording information as needed. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, able to maintain confidentiality. Experience working flexibly in a small team, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues.
