· serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering to the office.
· maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
· excellent written and spoken (face to face and phone) communication skills.
· handling incoming calls and other communications.
· supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
· highly computer literate: confident and proficient with word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, internet and data entry.
· managing filing system & recording information as needed.
· creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
· updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
· ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
· self-motivated, punctual, reliable, able to maintain confidentiality.
· experience working flexibly in a small team, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues.
· operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including mobile instrument, printer and a computer.
· should have maintain courier facilities outside & inside.
· other general administration duties as required.
