Need female telecallers with baimsic systsm knowledge

Have to give services to the existing students i.e examinations handling result update etc and work for the new admissions

Customer Outreach:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.Sales and Lead Generation:Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling.Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Data Management:Update customer information in the database accurately.Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information.Target Achievement:Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.Feedback Collection:Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.Product Knowledge:Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.Effectively communicate product information to customers.Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Good listening skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Customer-focused mindset.

Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Book Publishing Services & Explaining Book Publishing Process.As a Telecalling Executive, you are responsible for handling Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
