Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.Asking inquiries to interact with customers and keep the speech communication going.Listening to the customers' has to generate repeat sales.Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, purchases, and reactions to products.Keeping up thus far on all products and informing customers of recent products.Answering customers' queries on the product.Meeting sales quotas.Telesales Representative Requirements:Excellent communication skills.Creative thinking skills.The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.Good sales ability.Working data of relevant pc software systems.Excellent social and drawback finding skills.The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Daily tasksMalayalam speaking is must- Focus daily on customers from 1 area.- Call customers using the numbers given on the portal for that specified area.- Insist and guide customers to placed order through the Conektr Business app, otherwise punch orders manually at the backend.- Send general broadcast to all customers for the daily offers every day from Conektr messenger.- All products prices are available on app and portal and the broadcast template should be designed accordingly.- On contacting the customer collect customers WhatsApp numbers to add-up to future broadcasting list.- Report daily on following thingso Number of customers contacted.o Customer wise outcome of each call-(ordered or not ordered : if order is punch manually then reason for retailer not placing order on the app : if not ordered then reason for not ordering)

The position holder will be liable for:1. Tele sales executive to utilize inbound & outbound calls to achieve business target2.Having good Telephonic skills to handle calls from all resources & invite them to walk-in for Admission.3. Out bound & cold calling, Achieving specified targets4. Should be able to maintain a good rapport with the team at work.5.
