Job Title: Telecaller and Site Visit SpecialistAmbar Lake View, a leading real estate company specializing in farmhouses and farmvillas, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller and Site Visit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through telecalling, as well as conducting site visits to showcase our premium farmland properties. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with potential customers, and close sales deals.Responsibilities:Conduct telecalling to generate leads and schedule site visitsShowcase farmland properties to potential customers during site visitsBuild and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing information about the propertiesFollow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales dealsAchieve monthly sales targets and meet performance metricsProvide feedback and market intelligence to the sales team to optimize sales strategiesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systemRequirements:Previous experience in telecalling or sales in the real estate industry is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport with customers and understand their needsProactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work on weekends and travel for site visitsIncentives up to 50,000 INR per month based on performanceJoin Ambar Lake View and be part of a dynamic team that offers exceptional growth opportunities and rewards for your hard work and dedication to achieving sales targets.
