The Production Executive - Pickle will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pickle production facility, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with food safety regulations and industry best practices. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to customers.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of our pickle production facility, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlEnsure compliance with all food safety regulations and standard operating proceduresDevelop and implement production plans to ensure efficient and timely delivery of productsWork collaboratively with other departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance to meet production targetsHire, train, and manage production staff, ensuring all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectivelyAnalyze production data and provide regular reports to management on performance metrics such as yield, wastage, and productivityIdentify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product qualityMust have experience in Smooth Operations, Budgetary, Cost Control, Continual Improvements, Capacity Utilization, Documentation, Cost Reductions.Responsible for operations and taking cost-saving initiatives to optimize efficiency of machinesTeam building and co-ordination with internal / external departments. Fully experienced in administering production & quality operations involving resource planning, in-process inspection, team building and coordination with internal / external departments.Familiar in Pickle Manufacturing, Food Safety Systems, Product Development, TQM ISO & HACCP.
