Job PurposeResponsible for ensuring maximum availability and reliability of plant machinery, furnaces, electrical systems, utilities and other production equipment through preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.2. Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical Maintenance Maintenance of aluminium melting furnaces, holding furnaces and associated equipment. Maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Handle breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum production downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance as per defined schedules. Identify recurring failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
