2. Site Engineer explains daily work activity to Workmen.

3. Site Engineer communicates effectively to both Management, Client, Workmen on field.

4. Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available.

5. Onsite material requirement posts before one day advance.

6. Monitoring & evaluating the progress of work.

7. Time management at when site job demand lot of tasks plan properly.

8. Site engineers have a passion for solving problems and understanding the new things.

9. Report properly to management team on Daily basis in report format.

10. Daily Housekeeping after work completion.
