We are looking for an mid-experienced accounts manager for our Architectural and Interior Design firm, who can monitor financial data and prepare accurate statements for our company thereby managing daily accounting tasks. Accounts Manager's responsibilities include budgeting, managing tax payments (GST, I.T, P.F, ESIC, P.T) and performing internal audits along with our CA's.Responsibility:Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)Summaries current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other reports by coordinating with external agenciesManage tax paymentsOrganize internal auditsPrepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Reconciliation online for GSTR-1, GSTR 3B and ITCMonitor and report on accounting discrepancies and voucheringPerform month-end and year-end close processesPrepare monthly salary statements, vendor payment statementsCreate a daily creditors/ debtors list and coordinate follow-ups with clients and vendors/ contractorsSkills Required:Proven work experience as a Accountant/ Accounts Executive or similar roleAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, TALLY PRIME ERP/ AWSProven Experience in administering and working with custom ERP systemsIn-depth understanding of business book-keeping proceduresSolid knowledge of accounting regulations in India along with filing dates for various taxesExcellent math skills with an attention to detailTime-management abilitiesConfidentialityBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field will be consideredAdditional certification is a plus.Required Candidate Profile:The ability to work independently and as a part of a teamThe ability to work to deadlinesA willingness to undertake professional developmentImmediate Joining candidates are preferred
