We are looking for an mid-experienced accounts manager for our Architectural and Interior Design firm, who can monitor financial data and prepare accurate statements for our company thereby managing daily accounting tasks. Accounts Manager's responsibilities include budgeting, managing tax payments (GST, , , ESIC, ) and performing internal audits along with our CA's.

Responsibility:

Gather and monitor financial data (. sales revenues and liabilities)

Summaries current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, and other reports by coordinating with external agencies

Manage tax payments

Organize internal audits

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Reconciliation online for GSTR-1, GSTR 3B and ITC

Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and vouchering

Perform month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare monthly salary statements, vendor payment statements

Create a daily creditors/ debtors list and coordinate follow-ups with clients and vendors/ contractors

Skills Required:

Proven work experience as a Accountant/ Accounts Executive or similar role

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, TALLY PRIME ERP/ AWS

Proven Experience in administering and working with custom ERP systems

In-depth understanding of business book-keeping procedures

Solid knowledge of accounting regulations in India along with filing dates for various taxes

Excellent math skills with an attention to detail

Time-management abilities

Confidentiality

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field will be considered

Additional certification is a plus.
