Maintain communication with customers and carriers on transit times, appointment times and current locations of trucks in transit. Verify when deliveries were made. Maintain current knowledge of freight carrier services and be effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 1+ years of experience in as a freight broker in a US based logistics company Must be currently working as a freight broker in a US based logistics company. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
