Position :: Sales Manager

Experience :: More than 2 year in field sales

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-- To recruit a team of Insurance Advisors as per the corporate strategy

-- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed

-- To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy

-- To train IAs with the help of training team

-- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external

regulations

B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS

-- Achievement of sales targets and others parameters such as retention

-- Activation of Advisors monthly

C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

-- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

-- More than 2 Years of Experience in Sales

-- Local candidate with good local network

D. SKILLS REQUIRED

-- Good Communication Skills

-- Good team building skills

-- Good knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
