With Strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment. Proficient level of computer skills.
