�� experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, electroneumatic and/or electronic equipment.

�� experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns pcb��s upto component level micro processor system.

�� with strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.

�� handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.

�� ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment.

�� proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.

�� proficient level of computer skills. excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

�� strong time management skills. ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

roles and responsibilities:

�� assess hardware and software malfunctions. disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.

�� completing preventative maintenance and field modifications based on instructions.

�� basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

�� diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
