We are Mumbai based company dealing in Medical Equipment, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sr. Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, providing after-sales technical service and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in clinical laboratories and healthcare facilities.
Promote and achieve sales targets for IVD diagnostic products such as Multi-Function Analyzers, Electrolyte Analyzers, Blood Gas Analyzers and related reagents.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training for customers.
Provide timely and effective technical support and troubleshooting for IVD instruments.
Perform maintenance, repairs, and calibration of diagnostic equipment on-site.
Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and generate service revenue.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales, service visits, and customer interactions.
Travel as required to customer locations for service and sales visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Electronics, or related fields).
2 to 3 years of experience in sales and service within the IVD industry.
Strong technical knowledge of IVD equipment and laboratory diagnostics.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory or region.
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
