- experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.

- ability to work productively, with multi tasking in minimal supervision & in pressurized environment.

- experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

- with strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.

- ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
