Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.HR Administration:Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Employee Relations:Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.Benefits and Compensation:Support benefits administration, including enrollment and coordination.Assist with salary and compensation reviews.Training and Development:Coordinate training and development programs for employees.Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.Compliance:Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.Assist in HR audits and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresher or Min.1 Yr. of HR experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and well-organized.Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
