key responsibilities:
recruitment and onboarding:
assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
hr administration:
maintain hr records and ensure data accuracy.
handle employee inquiries and provide hr-related information.
assist in the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.
employee relations:
promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
benefits and compensation:
support benefits administration, including enrollment and coordination.
assist with salary and compensation reviews.
training and development:
coordinate training and development programs for employees.
assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
compliance:
stay up-to-date with hr laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
assist in hr audits and reporting.
qualifications:
bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
fresher or yr. of hr experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
detail-oriented and well-organized.
knowledge of hr software and tools is a plus.
ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
