Your key responsibilities will include approaching customers, explaining product features, and persuading them to make a purchase. You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized work environment.We are looking for candidates who are at least 10th pass and have a passion for sales. Greet and approach customers proactively to promote products or services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively. Demonstrate product usage when applicable (e.g., Apparels, Branding Clothing). Maintain knowledge of current promotions, offers, and stock availability. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Keep promotional areas neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Collect customer feedback and report market trends to supervisors. Assist with in-store merchandising, display setup, and product placement. Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand image.
