Implement 5S methodology for a clean and organized workspace. Team & Vendor CoordinationManpower Supervision: Lead a team of store assistants, loaders, and forklift operators, managing their shifts and productivity.Procurement Liaison: Coordinate with the Purchase department to highlight shortages and follow up on pending deliveries.Vendor Management: Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Executive for payment processing.
