OverviewCabin Crew members are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. They represent the airlines image and deliver exceptional in-flight service while maintaining strict adherence to aviation safety standards. The role demands professionalism, confidence, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities Safety & Security DutiesConduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is functional.Demonstrate and explain safety procedures to passengers before takeoff.Ensure passenger compliance with seat belt, luggage, and electronic device regulations.Handle in-flight emergencies, including administering first aid when required.Communicate effectively with the flight deck crew and ground staff regarding safety issues.Maintain security vigilance throughout the flight, identifying and addressing suspicious behavior or items. Passenger ServiceWelcome passengers on board and assist them in finding their seats.Provide information about flight schedules, onboard facilities, and safety guidelines.Serve meals, snacks, and beverages efficiently and courteously.Respond promptly to passenger requests and concerns.Handle special passenger requirements (e.g., elderly, children, passengers with disabilities, VIPs).Assist during boarding and disembarkation to ensure a smooth flow of passengers.
