Cost EstimationPrepare detailed cost estimates based on quantitiesInclude:Material costLabour costEquipment costApply correct rates based on market or project location3. Tender PreparationReview tender documents and conditionsPrepare technical and commercial proposalsFill BOQ sheets and submit tenders on time4. Vendor & Supplier CoordinationCollect quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsCompare rates and finalize the best optionMaintain a database of approved vendors5.
