Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess agents' sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets and improve efficiency.Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding agents. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients. Sales Oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets. Specific nature of work1. Listing the outlets.2. 6 days market visit per week.3. Preparation of route plan and cover the route as per plan.4. Managing the outlets - Goal setting, making effective product presentation by explaining quality, price, margin, creating demand though product attributes, benefits and sales promotions to achieving sales numbers and goals.6.
