Walk-In Interview Retail Sales Executive (1-7 Years)

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Bairagarh, Bhopal. This role requires a passionate individual with strong communication skills to drive sales and support our customers effectively.

The key responsibilities include welcoming customers and understanding their needs to recommend suitable products. You will also be responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring they are attractive and well-stocked. Handling cash and processing sales transactions accurately is essential, as is resolving customer complaints in a friendly manner. Regularly updating product knowledge and staying informed on promotions will help you serve customers better.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience. A completed 12th grade education is required, and the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong customer-focused approach.

Excellent verbal communication skills are necessary for engaging with customers effectively. Being organized and detail-oriented will help you manage the store environment and product inventory. Candidates should be able to work well in a team and have a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
